Which religion do you belong to?
All of the Germans were Roman Catholic. The majority of the Slovaks were also Slovak, whereas 75% of Welsh teenagers asked were either atheist or agnostic (‘other’ on the chart above).
How important is religion to you?
More than 50% of Welsh teenagers said that religion was not important to them at all. Religion was very important to the majority of Slovakian teenagers. German teenagers were much more varied – generally saying that religion was of moderate importance to them.
What do you associate with religion?
Most teenagers from Wales and Slovakia associated religion with God, whereas the majority of German teenagers associated religion with belief.
