German teenagers have quite a differing opinion of how to spend their free time at home. But what is conspicuous is the fact that their home life is often influenced ´by media, e.g. their computer or consoles.
None of the Germans works more than 3 hours a day for school, most of the interviewed work even less than an hour!
Nearly all German teenagers live with their parents and many do also have siblings.
Every second asked pupil has got at least one pet. There are just few kinds of pets being kept at home and there is no pet really preferred to other sorts of animals.
So, the home life of German pupils is varied but nevertheless influenced by media.
